NEPAL

(Update from a while back)

We went to Nepal, Y'all!

 

We decided to head to Nepal for our first visa run

and enjoyed the lovely accomodations at the Kathmandu Guest House

(NOT really- it actually became quite the story)

Let's just say the "Double Deluxe" room that got booked & confirmed

turned out to be a $16 room that became a $14 special

(Yea- real promising right?)

AKA- 3 bed hostel w/ a "shared" bathroom down the hallway!

Some of us weren't phased by it :)

I on the other hand, had a little tear fall down my face, and then asked if we could just go shopping (because you know that always makes you feel better- right?.)

We learned lots of lessons from our first visa run. 

(many of which are simply: "do not repeat"-haha)

The place on the outside was actually quite gorgeous:

And you couldn't beat the view of the mountains from the plane:

 

As well as the free babysitting service that is offered from the seat in front of you on the plane!

This would be Levi reaching over the seat in front of him grabbing some woman's hair- yikes!

Where are his parents??????

And this sweet man bought Levi his own container of chocolate chip cookies.

So all in all- it was a good trip*

*With only some minor adjustments for next time :)
