The Joy of a New Toy

Since Levi LOVES to try to stand - we thought we would help him get the best of both worlds:

Standing AND Playing
All at the same time :)



Only problem is... his feet don't quite reach yet :)

Regardless.... He totally LOVES playing in his exersaucer!

Before Levi was born... there was an outfit I kept my eye on for a while
until I finally broke down and bought it for him.....

However... SOMEHOW I overlooked it and Levi has already OUTGROWN it!

Sad day- right?

Well, no worries here... Luckily,I had a friend from school who also bought it in the next size up

HOORAY :)

Here is the 3 month outfit:

A little too short in the sleeves, definitely too short in the legs... and one wrong move and POP POP POP- every snap unbuttons- haha.

And here is our 6 month outfit that fits MUCH better!

Levi's 4 months stats:

Weight- 14 LBS. 8 OZ.
Height- 25 in. long

Levi,
Here we are... 4 months since you have entered our lives-
and not a day passes where we don't say: "I could not imagine life without you."

This has been a big month for you...
we have watched you grow and accomplish many feats:

• Gaining head control
• Grabbing for things- clothes, earrings, blankets, etc...
• Pushing yourself up when you are on your tummy
• Rolling over from your tummy to your back for the first time
  
• Discovering your feet
• Sitting up on your own (with the help of some pillows)
  
• Talking, Cooing, Singing
• Met your cousin, Tate, for the first time
• Your first little giggle :)

We are so proud of you and look forward to the days to come.

Daddy Days

Every Friday is Daddy Day for Levi-

Craig and I both LOVE that Levi gets to spend Fridays hanging out with his Papa!

Some weeks hold an extra surprise and Levi will get an extra Daddy day!



To me- there is nothing sweeter than seeing the little boy that I love so much

in the arms of the man that I adore.

Sunday Afternoon- February 6th, 2011

Mommy WOW... I'm a Big Kid NOW!

What a BIG Boy:

Just look and see for yourself :)

Levi's little bobble head is getting so strong and sturdy-

He loves to sit upright on your lap and look around

He is captivated by people- his little eyes just lock with yours and he is mesmorized!

(As are you when you look back into those precious little blue eyes)

He will just stare at images on a computer, tv, video, etc...

He pushes himself up on his arms so well now when he is on his tummy!

And he is always learning from his Papa- their time together is priceless.

(I Love that Craig loves this little guy SO much!)

Back to the Streets... Running :)

Today was Levi and I's first time back in the streets RUNNING!

He stayed awake for the first 5 minutes or so... and then he was out!

Ok moment of truth:

We ran for 5 minutes, walked for the next 5 minutes, ran for another 5 minutes
AND then we saw a friend that we had to STOP and visit with :)
(AKA I had to catch my breath- haha)

All in all- we had a great first time out...
Looking forward to more in the days to come.
