. A Cherished CHOO CHOO Ride .

As some of  you know, one of the things Levi always LOVED at Grammy's house was running to the front door every time a CHOO CHOO came chugging down the tracks...

Well Levi has passed along a precious gift to Grammy by NOT forgetting this, or his LOVE for Choo-Choo trains. 

We even have one out back of our house, and he always runs to the window and says "CHOO-CHOO"

when he hears one pass!

Also, part of the experience of visiting South Asia, is I think everyone should take a train ride.

You get to see so much of this country and this culture that you wouldn't see otherwise... 

and all from the comfort of your seat :)

So you better believe Levi & Grammy had their cherished moment together riding side by side on a Choo-Choo train!

The entire crew were such troopers, riding 6-ish hours so we could visit the Taj Majal:)

And these two did great for being in a seat when they would rather be running all over the place!

Thank the Lord for snacks, songs, Cars 2 :), naps, and GRAMMY :)

So I guess there is just one more thing to say:

Don't Let the title "Grammy" fool you,

This girl has some spunk in her!!!!

Craig kept telling his mom, Gail, that he was going to take her for a ride on his new bike...

(To which I really never believed she would agree)

HOWEVER- she sure fooled me!

 After a fun game of Wizard, they both helmeted up, hopped on that hog, and took off!!!

 Oh wait... Did you ask what time it was?

Well let's see....

 ALMOST MIDNIGHT!!!!!

Like I said... Wild Child :)

Although, I am pretty SURE there is nothing like mother-son bonding on a motorcycle in South Asia

We love you Gail, Mom, Grammy...

Tate Time - Part 2

Tate Time- Part 1

 

 Well if you had ever seen pictures of these two side by side before we left America...

 Things have changed :)

They are almost exactly the same size now and had an absolute BLAST playing the entire time Cousin Tate (Craig's sister, Jodi's, little boy) was in town!

 These two had us cracking up- you would be surprised at what kind of entertainment

 a coffee table + Levi & Tate will produce :)

Tate's endless supply of facial expressions is my favorite :)

But seeing these two facial expressions side by side WINS everytime!!!!

 

* Note: I realized after looking over my photos once everyone left, most of mine are of these two boys- LOL. 

I guess I got a little distracted by the excitement of just having them there that I forgot I should be capturing moments with Levi and everyone else - Oh boy!

PRECIOUS. Cargo. ARRIVED :)

On August 6th some PRECIOUS PRECIOUS Cargo came walking through our door!!!

(Some in the early AM and some a tad LATER ;)- Like they always say "Best for Last" ;) )

Some old friends and new friends came to visit from our home fellowship in West Virginia.

It was such a blessing to have these three fellows in our home & meeting the folks we get to love on everyday.

Still praying their hearts are being caught & captured by the faces they met.

(And of course we were more than THRILLED that Tate joined the party :))

You know when this crew arrived alongside of them, our hearts were that much more OVERJOYED!!!

GRAMMY CAME, AUNT JODI CAME, UNCLE ERIC CAME, and COUSIN TATE CAME

WOOO HOOO :)

You can bet we got some game time in... just like old times :)

(Minus Grandpa Dale :( )

We had a blast... as always!

Couldn't be more grateful for this precious woman!

Love seeing these two together.

We also had random moments to observe...

 which was followed by some serious laughter... can ya tell?

So glad Uncle Eric AND Aunt Jodi could come!

Lots of quality conversations as well as entertaining ones

And have we mentioned how incredibly AWESOME the folks back home in WV are???

They sent SOOOOOO many goodies and treats with this crew,

we hardly knew what to do with ourselves....

I MAY or MAY NOT have felt like a little girl on Christmas morning :)

Piles and Piles and Piles of delightful BLISS!!!!!!

It's almost too much to take it all in just looking at, isn't it?

I know- we were BLOWN AWAY!

 

We were one HAPPY Trio!

Levi & Tate decided to do what we all would love to do...

 just go SWIMMING in all that GOODNESS :)

There was even TOO much to fit in their luggage- so Grammy and Grandpa sent us a package with the rest!

WHEW... we are SOME HAPPY campers :)

We counted down the days for their arrival, and couldn't have been more blessed by their presence!

I prayed we would soak in every moment, and we sure did.  Loved every minute of it.

Let's just be honest... we already can't wait for them to come back :)

hehe.

But we shall wait... patiently and eagerly...

Never did we think Levi was a snuggler and therefore ruled out him being a stuffed animal lover...

However, Grammy brought a new cuddly teddy bear when they came to visit-

and as you can see....

I think we may be wrong :)
