MLK Day Visitors

We were so excited to spend Martin Luther King Day/Weekend with our dear friends,
The Schwertfegers.

Jacob, Jessi and their two adorable daughters, Sunda and Kya Grace
were in on furlow from their home in Zambia, Africa.

It's fun to see how God has kept us bound together in heart through the years:

Jacob, Craig and I all went to college together at West Virginia Wesleyan College (2002-2006).
We met and got to know Jacob's amazing wife Jessi (before they were engaged) through working together at Jumonville, a summer camp in PA, during the summer of 2004.
We continued our heart for the nations together when Jacob, Craig and I traveled to Zambia in the summer of 2005.

After we both had been married, we did a summer beach trip together as couples in 2008
which was HUGE for Jessi because she always hated "double dates"-
( I guess we were the exception to the rule- haha.)

And NOW we get to experience life together with our families :)

Levi was delighted to finally get to meet them too!

How sweet it is that our God continues to provide us the opportunity to stay knit together at heart and to encourage one another as we serve Him.
